Parents Evenings It was good to see so many parents attending last week with nearly 90% coming in to school.
Open Morning Around 20 parents came along to watch lessons yesterday and feedback on questionnaires is very positive.

Parent Governor Election Following the election last Friday, Deborah Andrew and Pauline Towers were elected for a four year term. Congratulations to them and my thanks to the unsuccessful candidates for their interest and commitment to the school. At a time when some schools have problems getting any applicants to join the Governors, we are very fortunate to have so much support. Approximately 100 parents took part in the vote. |

Christmas Child Shoe boxes These must be in school by 9 a.m. tomorrow morning ready for collection. There has been a huge jump in the number brought in with over 138 now here. There will be a lot of happy children thanks to your generosity. |

Drugs discussion we are talking to your children about drugs, are you? An information session just for parents has been arranged on Weds 18th Nov from 6 -7.30 p.m. in school. Open to all parents |

Christmas Cards The cards drawn by the children have now been printed and will be sent home today. If you wish to buy any the order deadline is 20th November. |

School Book Fair There is one last opportunity to view the excellent Book Fair tonight after school, and a chance to select books early for Christmas. 3 4 p.m. |

School Photos All orders for photographs must be sent to school by next Monday, 16th November so that they will be with you well before Christmas. |
