Minutes of Meeting1. Behaviour of Student Reps
A discussion took place and a list of good behaviour expected of Student Reps was made.
Student Rep Behaviour
· Be ready, on duty
· Be patient
· Listen to others.
· Be helpful
· Be kind and accept other ideas
2. What should happen to student reps who do not behave appropriately?
Lots of ideas were put forward. It was suggested 3 warnings were given and then out. A new rep would then be elected.
Votes = 20 for , 4 against
This was then put in place
3. Rules for School Council meetings
Each rep thought of a rule to be kept to make sure each meeting went well. Rules to be used are:
· Listen to the Chairman
· Put up your hand to say something
· Listen to other reps carefully.
Any Other Business
Lots of ideas for future agendas wee given including ? longer swimming times, class pet, messy cloakrooms. These will be put into future agendas.

1. List on notice board

2. Mrs Harris or Mrs Bennett to give warning as necessary
